Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy is effective for unopened stones, damaged stones and stones sent in error within 14 days of customer receipt.  We also may provide partial refunds. Please see our Return Policy Here.


Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Online: Paypal, Debit/Credit (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover)

  • Direct Sales: Cash, Apple Pay, Debit/Credit (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) and business checks.


Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: We pride ourselves in meeting the needs of our customers.  Please contact us (link) directly to discuss any custom orders you may have.  We will work to meet your carat weight, measurement, cut and color needs. Please note that custom orders may take 6-8 weeks to fill.  We also are able to provide bulk orders at a 10% discounted price.


Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: We sell wholesale to parties who provide tax information upon ordering.  Wholesale orders will receive a discount on the price of purchase. Please contact us directly to place a wholesale order and to discuss pricing.
